L’entrée principale de la Résidence se trouve au: 15 Place Georges Clemenceau, Biarritz.
Le code vous sera communiqué la veille de votre arrivée.
Au niveau de la boutique Nespresso, tournez à droite.
Vous vous retrouverez devant une barrière.
Laissez votre véhicule en mode « warnings » le temps de récupérer les clés.
À pied, avancez sur 10 mètres et tournez à gauche.
Vous passerez devant la boutique Eric Bompart.
Longez le bâtiment rouge jusqu’à arriver à la dernière porte.
Une fois devant la porte, contactez-moi et je vous ouvrirai à distance. (+336.25.31.62.34)
Dans le hall, allez directement à gauche au niveau des boîtes aux lettres.
Trouvez la boite au lettre Enhaut a droite au nom de Desmontils
A l’intérieur se trouve le coffre à clés.
Une fois les clés récupérées, veuillez bien mélanger le code et remettre en place le cache.
La porte de l’appartement est la double porte située au fond du couloir.
Sur votre trousseau, vous avez deux clés pour la porte de l’appartement et le badge pour entrer dans le bâtiment.
Puis dans l’appartement sur la console à l’entree vous trouverez , une télécommande avec deux boutons pour la barrière et une télécommande avec un seul bouton pour le parking souterrain.
Vous pouvez maintenant accéder au parking flèche bleue sur la photo.
Votre place se trouve à gauche avant la descente pour le niveau -2, numéro 840.

Leave your vehicle with hazard lights on while you retrieve the keys.
On foot, walk about 10 meters and turn left.
You will pass by the Eric Bompart store.
Follow along the red building until you reach the last door.

In the lobby, go directly to the left where the mailboxes are located.
Look for the top right corner mailbox, the name is Desmontils, in this mailbox you will find the key box.
The apartment door is the double door located at the end of the hallway.
On your keychain, you have two keys for the apartment door and the badge to enter the building.
Then inside the apartment on the console at the entrance, you will find a remote control with two buttons for the gate and a remote control with a single button for the underground parking.

La entrada principal de la Residencia está ubicada en el 15 Place Georges Clemenceau, Biarritz.
Los códigos de acceso se le comunicarán el día antes de su llegada.
En el nivel de la tienda Nespresso, gira a la derecha.
Te encontrarás frente a una barrera.
Deja tu vehículo con las luces de emergencia encendidas mientras recuperas las llaves.
A pie, avanza unos 10 metros y gira a la izquierda.
Pasarás por delante de la tienda Eric Bompart.
Sigue a lo largo del edificio rojo hasta llegar a la última puerta.
Una vez frente a la puerta, contáctame y la abriré a distancia. (+336.25.31.62.34)
En el vestíbulo, ve directamente a la izquierda donde están los buzones.
Encontrarás el buzón al nombre de Desmontils, por la parte arriba derecha.
Dentro del buzón se encuentra la caja de llaves.
Una vez que hayas recuperado las llaves, asegúrate de mezclar el código y volver a colocar la cubierta.
La puerta del apartamento es la doble puerta situada al final del pasillo.
En tu llavero, tienes dos llaves para la puerta del apartamento y la insignia para entrar al edificio.
Luego, dentro del apartamento en la consola de la entrada, encontrarás un control remoto con dos botones para la barrera y un control remoto con un solo botón para el estacionamiento subterráneo.
Ahora puedes acceder al estacionamiento marcado con una flecha azul en la foto.
Tu plaza de estacionamiento está a la izquierda antes de descender al nivel -2, número 840.
